Yeah, yeah, yeah, but what do you really do?

What about a quick story instead? Our client had decided to focus on parent advocacy as its primary work, but cautiously chose to have conversations with parents, teachers, school administrators, and other community partners to gauge support for the endeavor. Special Project Partners worked with the ciient to craft the discussion questions, then we facilitated the small group dialogue. Once the conversations were complete, we provided the client with a 20 page report detailing the process, an overview of what was said, and a summary of the similarities and differences within each group. The results helped the client move in a new direction based on the feedback from the participating constituent groups.
